VH41DE......ECU tuning?

Hey guys.....I've been asked by a mate if the VH41DE ECU's are re-programmable like the CA/VG e.t.c. ones....or even like SR ones?

he pulled it apart.....and said it looks like it's got a chip like his CA ECU.....but I havnt had a look yet.

If it's like a CA/VG......does anyone have an adress file I could use?
or if it's like SR....who makes a daughterboard for the VH series?
